From M5/Exeter follow the A380 (Torquay), after the road splits (A380/A38) you will climb up Telegraph Hill; hold the inside lane as you will be exiting at the summit, follow the signs for Old Haldon Hill & Great Haldon.  At the T-Junction turn left signed Mamhead & Starcross, continue down through the forest for a few miles until you see a turning on the right for Mamhead Village Hall. 

The road then narrows through a stone cutting and the entrance to “Forest Gate & The Folly” is a located on the right before the house (Left-hand Gate).  Please open the latch and park on the drive adjacent to “The Folly” before the garages.
